We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Budget Manager / Business Process Analyst to support the financial and operational rigor of our marketing organization. This role owns end‑to‑end marketing financial management-including budgeting, procurement contract mgmt., expense tracking, accruals, and reporting-while also leading the analysis and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in finance and accounting, paired with a process‑improvement mindset and the ability to partner effectively across marketing, finance, and operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Reporting
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with enterprise financial objectives
- Track and reconcile marketing spend, including invoices, purchase orders, and accruals
- Liasson between marketing organization and procurement contracting
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports and insights to marketing leadership and key stakeholders
- Analyze financial performance to identify trends, variances, and cost‑optimization opportunities
- Partner with marketing leaders on forecasting, resource allocation, and budget planning
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, controls, and audit requirements
- Support financial close activities, audits, and related documentation
- Data and cost-benefit analysis assisting marketing executives
Business Process Analysis and Optimization
- Document and assess current‑state marketing processes and workflows
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Design and implement improved or new processes to enhance operational effectiveness
- Facilitate working sessions and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solutions
- Develop and maintain process documentation, metrics, and training materials
- Establish reporting and KPIs to monitor process performance and adoption
- Ensure processes align with regulatory, compliance, and governance standards
- Oversee workforce planning for growth, attrition, and globalization to align with workforce and financial forecasts
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial analysis, or business process analysis
Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and accounting practices
Proficiency with financial and procurement systems (e.g., Excel, SAP, Ariba, Mercury)
Proven exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Proven ability to communicate complex financial and operational concepts clearly to non‑financial stakeholders

Preferred Qualification:

Marketing or agency‑side experience

Skills:

Financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
Budget management and accrual tracking
Procurement and contract planning and management
Business process analysis and continuous improvement
Stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration
High attention to detail and data accuracy
