Overview of the role
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team. We are seeking a person with at least 6+ years of experience, who will work closely with Global enablement lead, alongside colleagues from across the globe, to support leadership in Ascend and methods & tools deployment, training, enablement, operations, and advisory support to strategic initiatives.
Work you’ll do
The professional will work closely with colleagues and senior leaders across India and Global Consulting Services, building a strong understanding of the firm’s Consulting Services business and strategic priorities. The professional supports analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, synthesizes insights, and contributes to clear, well‑structured narratives and recommendations through research and analysis. Projects are typically high‑impact and high‑visibility, aligned to global Consulting Services leadership priorities, and require close collaboration across workstreams. Within the Ascend Enablement sub‑pillar, the role focuses on supporting Member Firm adoption of Ascend and its components through global rollouts by contributing to enablement activities such as creating kick‑off materials, quick reference guides and FAQs, supporting training programs and office hours, etc.
Key responsibilities

Partner with Member Firm enablement teams during the Ascend activation process to support adoption and issue resolution

Liaise with Ascend development teams to support platform and tool troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and UAT activities

Contribute structured feedback on the Ascend platform and other delivery tools to enhance performance and delivery capabilities

Develop a strong understanding of the Ascend ecosystem and how individual tools address business challenges, supporting demos that highlight key features and functionalities

Quickly build knowledge of new technologies (e.g., GenAI), tools, and assets used by offerings to support their integration into the Ascend ecosystem and global rollout

Support the global enablement of new tool accelerators as part of the Ascend ecosystem journey

Actively engage with the M&T network and stakeholders to support awareness and adoption of GenAI and delivery tools across Deloitte

Ability to support training content creation and ongoing maintenance aligned with platform updates, new feature releases, and evolving business requirements

Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all enablement materials

Participate in Delivery pillar global initiatives beyond the core Ascend rollout, as required

Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders on Ascend, supporting product teams with inputs into release planning

Demonstrate strong collaboration skills in a fast‑paced global environment, working effectively with remote teams

Support project execution by managing assigned initiatives and flexing across workstreams as priorities evolve

Assist senior team members in preparing executive‑level materials (presentations, reports, trackers) for leadership audiences

Support planning and execution of meetings, including agenda drafting, coordination, documentation of minutes, and follow‑ups

Support operational needs by managing recurring activities, organizing shared documentation, and assisting with coordination or review tasks
Requisite core skills

Prior experience in team leadership activities including recruiting, performance management, and coaching
-
Strong planning and program management skills, with the ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment with many competing priorities

Excellent core consulting skills – i.e. analysis, research, synthesis, modelling, presentation, including logical structuring and storytelling, superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills and experience communicating to, and working with, virtual teams, and senior leadership

Self-motivated, innovative, action-oriented team player with ability to manage upwards as well as lead and coach junior team members

Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives

Adept at building consensus and taking stakeholders’ perspective into account while forging and maintaining relationships
-
Change Management: Experience supporting technology adoption initiatives by assisting with change management activities, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to smooth implementation across teams

Experienced in collaborating effectively across team and career levels, including virtual team environment
- Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected

Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information

Familiarity with Deloitte Ascend methodology, platform and tools

Experience/awareness using NextGen Estimator
- Experience/awareness using project management tools like JIRA, PMOne/Smartsheet on engagements

Experience/awareness with using and setting up business process modelling tools like Enterprise Consciousness
- Experience/awareness with using and setting up testing tools like ALM

Experience/awareness with using and setting up Ascend GenAI tools

Professional certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing

Academic qualification: BE, B. Tech, master’s degree like MBA
-
Work experience: At least 6 years
- Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with client delivery experience in in consulting firms, exposure to agile and/or waterfall delivery

Hybrid working: The individual is expected to come to the base office location at least 2 days a week as per the hybrid plan
