Full job description

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Event Management Associate to support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, business forums, workshops, exhibitions, networking events, and other professional engagements.

The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, and a passion for creating well-organized and engaging events.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and business events from concept to completion.
Coordinate with clients, speakers, sponsors, vendors, venues, and other stakeholders.
Assist in venue selection, booking, setup, branding, seating arrangements, and event logistics.
Coordinate event registrations, invitations, confirmations, and participant communications.
Support speaker and guest management, including scheduling, travel coordination, hospitality, and on-site requirements.
Assist in developing event concepts, themes, agendas, and engagement activities.
Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for event branding, promotional materials, social media campaigns, and digital communications.
Support sponsorship and partnership activities, including sponsor coordination and deliverables.
Coordinate vendors such as catering, audiovisual, photography, printing, décor, transportation, and other event service providers.
Maintain event budgets, quotations, purchase requirements, and expense records.
Conduct venue visits and assist with event setup and rehearsals.
Provide on-ground support during events and ensure smooth execution of all activities.
Collect participant feedback and prepare post-event reports.
Maintain event databases and records for future campaigns and engagements.
Assist with multiple events and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Perform other event management and coordination responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in event management, hospitality, marketing, customer engagement, or a related field.
Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
