About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, versatile, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of a dynamic and diverse portfolio of businesses. The Founder oversees multiple ventures, including a professional educational academy for accounting qualifications, an edutech company, a large-scale agricultural estate in Kanyakumari, proprietary quantitative trading operations and other statewide and national investment verticals.

This is not a traditional desk job. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can seamlessly switch contexts between different industries, and acts as a strategic partner to ensure smooth daily operations across all verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support: Assist in the daily administrative and operational oversight of an educational tech company and academy, liaising with staff, and ensuring smooth management.
Project Coordination: Help monitor timelines, logistics, and operations for a phased large scale agricultural estate project, coordinating with on-site management and partners.
Administrative Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Document & Legal Organization: Organize and maintain critical business documents, financial records, and legal paperwork (familiarity with handling property records or civil documents is a strong plus).
Research & Strategy: Conduct basic market research, compile reports, and assist in evaluating financial models for new business opportunities or franchise expansions.
Information Management: Ensure the Founder is prepared for all meetings and negotiations with appropriate briefs and data.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the mental agility to handle tasks ranging from education administration to agricultural logistics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic financial or project tracking tools.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential business, trading, and legal information.
Must be based in Kochi, with the willingness to occasionally coordinate or assist with regional site visits.
