About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Team Lead – Inside Sales & Quality Check to lead and mentor an inside sales team while ensuring high-quality customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining quality standards, coaching team members, and improving overall customer experience through regular monitoring and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales Leadership

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, one-on-one meetings, and performance reviews.
Develop action plans to improve conversion rates and productivity.
Assist team members in handling complex customer queries and objections.
Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM updates, and company policies.

Quality Check & Compliance

Monitor and evaluate sales calls, chats, and emails for quality and compliance.
Conduct regular call audits using predefined quality parameters.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve communication and sales effectiveness.
Identify training needs based on quality assessments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, scripts, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain quality scorecards and prepare periodic quality reports.

Performance & Reporting

Analyse sales and quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collaborate with Training, Operations, and Business Heads to improve team performance.
Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 2–5 years in a Team Lead or Quality role.
Prior experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
