Full job description

We are hiring an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Manager to manage and grow email and SMS revenue for our international women's fashion eCommerce brand.

This is a results-driven role, not just newsletter creation. We need someone with hands-on experience in Klaviyo, Shopify, D2C eCommerce, lifecycle automation, customer segmentation, retention, and revenue growth.

About the Role

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our Email & SMS marketing strategy for an international clothing and fashion eCommerce business.

The ideal candidate must have previously worked with an international fashion/clothing D2C brand, managed a Shopify store, and have strong hands-on experience using Klaviyo.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Email & SMS revenue.
Plan and execute promotional, seasonal, product launch, and retention campaigns.
Build and optimize Klaviyo automation flows from scratch.
Manage Shopify and Klaviyo integration.
Create customer segments based on purchase behavior, AOV, engagement, location, and lifecycle stage.
Improve abandoned cart recovery and repeat purchases.
Build Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, VIP, Cross-Sell/Upsell, and Sunset flows.
Plan campaigns for Prom, Homecoming, Wedding, Evening Dresses, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and other seasonal events.
Create and optimize popups, signup forms, and subscriber growth strategies.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, preview text, offers, CTAs, creatives, and send times.
Monitor email deliverability, unsubscribe rates, bounce rates, and spam complaints.
Track Email/SMS revenue, conversion rate, CTR, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value.
Provide regular performance reports and recommendations.

Mandatory Requirements

4–5 years of experience in Email Marketing and/or CRM Marketing.
Proven experience managing Email & SMS marketing for an international clothing, fashion, or apparel eCommerce brand.
Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
Experience working with a Shopify D2C eCommerce website.
Experience building lifecycle and automation flows from scratch.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Ability to track and improve Email Revenue, Flow Revenue, Conversion Rate, CTR, and Customer Retention.
Experience with promotional and seasonal campaigns for an international audience.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate real results—not just experience sending newsletters.
