Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, offshore HR operations, and payroll administration. This role will work closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure smooth hiring, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and accurate payroll execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and recruitment partners.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interview rounds.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and attrition trends.

HR Operations

Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Manage attendance, leave tracking, shift schedules, and holiday calendars.
Support performance management processes, including PIPs, appraisals, warnings, and exits.
Act as the first point of contact for offshore employee HR queries.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and the code of conduct.

Payroll & Compensation Management

Manage monthly payroll processing for offshore employees.
Coordinate salary disbursements, reimbursements, incentives, and commissions.
Support statutory compliance, including TDS, PF, and ESI, where applicable.
Maintain payroll records, payslips, and audit-ready documentation.
Coordinate with finance and leadership on compensation planning and revisions.
Handle payroll discrepancies and employee queries promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in HR recruitment and payroll management.
Hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Strong understanding of Indian payroll, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and empathy.

Preferred Skills

1+ year of HR experience.
Experience in healthcare, IT services, or calling environments.
Familiarity with HRMS, payroll software, and time-tracking tools.
Experience managing PIPs, appraisals, and employee exits.

This is a fully remote position, but the working schedule is strictly 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST, aligned with PST working hours. Candidates must be comfortable working this schedule consistently.
