Full job description

We are currently looking for an elite, data-driven Performance Media Buyer to join our team in a remote, full-time position. This role is dedicated to holding direct ownership of our core advertising accounts, aggressively driving profitable customer acquisition, and maximizing return on ad spend across major digital platforms.

If you are obsessed with unit economics, live inside ad managers, and know how to scale heavy budgets without sacrificing efficiency, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Directly manage, structure, and scale high-spend performance campaigns across key digital advertising channels.

Monitor live accounts daily, making instant optimizations to budget pacing, bidding strategies, and audience structures.

Track, analyze, and report on core financial and performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion volume).

Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to rapidly test new angles and scale winning assets within the ad accounts.

Maintain strict account compliance, manage backup setups, and oversee advanced tracking configurations (Pixels, CAPI, GA4).

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience directly managing, optimizing, and scaling substantial monthly ad spend in a performance marketing environment.

Deep technical familiarity with ad managers, backend account architecture, attribution models, and tracking tools.

Sharp analytical mindset with an obsessive focus on profitability, data-driven decision-making, and ROI rather than vanity metrics.

High level of self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and independent accountability in a remote setting.
