Title : Personal Brand Content Creator

Company: SuperLabs

Location: Mumbai / Coimbatore / Hybrid

Role Type: Full-time or 60-day paid trial

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000/month depending on skill, speed, and ownership

Reporting To: Founder

Travel Requirements: Bombay, Bangalore, Delhi, Coimbatore & International Travel as well

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a business-curious content creator who can shoot, edit, and think like a storyteller.

You should be someone who can spend time around a founder, understand what is happening in the business, identify interesting moments, and turn them into sharp, useful content.

You are not just an editor. You are someone who can spot:

- A strong business lesson

- A founder decision

- A mistake worth sharing

- A behind-the-scenes moment

- A sharp opinion

- A useful framework

- A story that can become content

You should be fast, organized, discreet, and comfortable working closely with the founder. You must be able to handle confidential business conversations and understand that not everything filmed should be published.

This role is best suited for someone who is excited about startups, business building, founder-led content, YouTube, short-form videos, and documenting the real journey of scaling a company.

SuperLabs is looking for a Founder Content Operator to help document the journey of building SuperLabs, SuperCommerce, and future ventures.

This is not a normal video editor role.

We are looking for someone who can follow the founder’s day-to-day work, capture real business moments, turn them into compelling stories, and publish high-quality content consistently across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

The goal is to build a serious founder-led media engine around business building, sales, hiring, operations, decision-making, experiments, and the journey of scaling SuperLabs.

What You’ll Work On

You will help create content around:

Building SuperLabs from a services company into a focused, high-profit business

Building SuperCommerce as a major revenue line

Founder decision-making, business experiments, sales, hiring, and operations

Behind-the-scenes moments from office, team, client work, meetings, and strategy

Lessons from building a business since 2017

Personal founder journey, discipline, growth, ambition, and execution

Responsibilities

1. Founder Video Capture

You will regularly film the founder during:

Office work

Strategy sessions

Team discussions

Business reviews

Sales and marketing planning

Hiring discussions

Product discussions

Founder reflections

Travel / event / meeting days when required

You should be able to capture content naturally without making the environment feel staged or distracting.

2. Short-Form Content Creation

You will create high-quality short-form videos for:

YouTube Shorts

Instagram Reels

X / Twitter

Other relevant platforms

Expected output:

5–7 short-form videos per week

Strong hooks

Clean captions

Good pacing

Business-focused storytelling

Clear takeaways

3. Long-Form YouTube Content

You will help create founder-led YouTube videos such as:

Weekly founder vlog

Business breakdowns

Lessons from scaling SuperLabs

Behind-the-scenes business documentaries

“Building in public” episodes

Founder reflection videos

Expected output:

2–4 long-form YouTube videos per month

4. Content Repurposing

You will turn one good business moment into multiple content pieces:

Example:

One 20-minute founder discussion becomes:

3 short-form clips

1 LinkedIn post

1 YouTube segment

1 quote card

1 newsletter/social post idea

You should know how to extract value from raw footage.

5. Editing & Publishing

You will be responsible for:

Video editing

Subtitles/captions

Basic thumbnails

Titles and hooks

Content formatting

Exporting for different platforms

Organizing footage

Maintaining a content calendar

Publishing support

6. Storytelling & Content Judgment

You should be able to identify what is interesting.

Not every meeting is content. Not every clip is worth publishing.

You should be able to spot moments like:

A strong business lesson

A founder decision

A mistake

A conflict

A useful framework

A behind-the-scenes insight

A relatable founder problem

A sharp opinion

Required Skills

You must have:

Strong short-form video editing skills

Ability to shoot clean video and audio

Good understanding of YouTube, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn content

Ability to create hooks and captions

Basic thumbnail design ability

Good taste in pacing, music, cuts, and storytelling

Comfort working closely with a founder

Ability to handle confidential business discussions

Fast execution speed

Strong ownership and discipline

In the first 60 days, success will be measured by output, quality, and consistency.

Working Style

You may be required to work from the office on filming days and remotely on editing days.

The role may involve:

2–3 filming days per week

Editing and publishing work on other days

Occasional travel or event filming

Fast turnaround during important business moments

You should be comfortable working around real business schedules.

Confidentiality

This role will involve exposure to internal company discussions, client projects, revenue conversations, hiring decisions, product plans, and founder-level strategy.

You will be required to maintain strict confidentiality.

Not everything filmed can be published.

You must understand what should be private, what should be edited carefully, and what can be made public.

Travel Requirements

This role may require travel based on business and content needs.

The Founder Content Creator should be open to travelling with the founder or team for:

SuperLabs office visits

Coimbatore team and operations coverage

Bangalore client/team meetings

Mumbai business meetings and founder content

Industry events, conferences, and networking events

Client visits where content capture is appropriate

Occasional international travel, including the U.S., if required for business/content opportunities

Travel will not be constant, but the candidate should be comfortable with planned travel and flexible schedules when important business moments need to be documented.

The person should also be able to work in different environments — office, travel, meetings, events, client locations, and founder-led shoots — while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
