Job Description: Lead Generation Executive

Hours: Monday-Friday, up to 45 hours per week
Work Hours: EST Shift from 6:00 PM to 03:00 AM – Fixed shift
Location: Office 801, 8th Floor, Cerebrum IT Park – B3, Kalyani Nagar, Pune – 411014
Length: Permanent position with a six-month probation period

Job Brief:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive. The candidate will be responsible for B2B cold calling, promoting white papers and content assets, engaging with business professionals, conducting Contact Discovery (CD) and Contact Discovery & Qualification Audit (CDQA) activities, and generating qualified leads as per campaign requirements.

Requirements:

Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 3 months to 12 months of experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Demand Generation.
Experience in B2B cold calling and outbound campaigns.
Experience in white paper and content promotion will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage with business professionals and decision-makers.
Good questioning, probing, and objection-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Ability to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Willingness to work in a fixed EST shift from the Pune office.

Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B cold calls to target prospects.
Identify and connect with relevant business contacts.
Engage prospects and understand their business requirements.
Handle objections and maintain professional conversations.
Generate qualified leads based on campaign specifications.
Promote white papers, content assets, and other campaign materials to relevant prospects.
Maintain accurate prospect and call information in the CRM.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
Follow campaign guidelines and maintain required data and call quality standards.
Conduct Contact Discovery (CD) and Contact Discovery & Qualification Audit (CDQA) activities as required.
Coordinate with internal QA and campaign teams to ensure lead quality.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and campaign outcomes.
