Regional Sales Manager – North & West India

Role Purpose

As the Regional Sales Manager for North & West India, you will be the face of NaughtOne across one of India's most strategically important territories. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth by building demand through the Architecture & Design community, developing high-performing dealer partnerships, engaging directly with end-user organisations and influencing projects from early specification through to successful order conversion.

You will act as a brand ambassador for NaughtOne, championing exceptional design, customer experience and specification excellence while working closely with the Asia Regional Sales Manager and the wider MillerKnoll network to deliver the India growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan aligned with NaughtOne's India growth strategy.
Own business development across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and the wider North & West India region.
Build trusted relationships with architects, interior designers, workplace consultants, project managers, dealer principals and corporate end users.
Drive early-stage product specification and influence project decisions throughout the design and procurement cycle.
Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities across workplace, hospitality, education and public environments.
Work collaboratively with MillerKnoll sales teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximise project success.
Lead product presentations, CPDs, showroom events and design workshops that strengthen NaughtOne's brand presence.
Develop dealer capability through regular engagement, product training and joint business planning.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM discipline and reliable business forecasts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights, translating them into actionable commercial strategies.
Represent NaughtOne at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities while acting as an ambassador for the brand.
Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Experience & Professional Background

Minimum 3–5 years' successful experience in specification-led B2B sales within contract furniture, interiors, lighting, flooring or architectural products.
Demonstrated ability to build specification pipelines and manage projects from concept to completion.
Strong commercial acumen with experience developing territory strategies and winning premium projects.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers including architects, designers, dealer leadership and corporate clients.

Dimensions of the Role

Reporting to the Asia Regional Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for commercial growth, specification development and market expansion across North and West India.

The role operates from Mumbai and manages relationships across dealer partners, Architecture & Design firms, enterprise customers and internal MillerKnoll stakeholders. Success is measured through achievement of revenue targets, pipeline growth, specification activity, dealer engagement and market share development.

Regular domestic travel across Mumbai, Pune and Delhi/NCR is required with occasional international travel.
