Full job description

PROVO is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive / CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, sales enquiries, lead generation, telecalling, lead follow-ups, showroom appointments, customer service, and sales support.

The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, customer enquiries, lead management, CRM management, telecalling, appointment setting, showroom visit conversion, sales follow-up, customer support, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to convert enquiries into showroom visits and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website enquiries, social media, and other channels.
Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers and existing customers.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers to understand their requirements.
Explain PROVO products and services and encourage prospective customers to visit the showroom.
Generate and schedule showroom visits, customer appointments, consultations, and meetings.
Follow up with customers before and after their showroom visit.
Maintain and update customer information, enquiries, lead status, follow-up dates, and interactions in the CRM system.
Manage the customer database and ensure accurate CRM records.
Track leads from initial enquiry through follow-up, showroom visit, quotation, and order.
Follow up on quotations, pending enquiries, and potential sales opportunities.
Reconnect with old, inactive, and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom when required.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales and design teams for suitable product solutions.
Assist the sales team in converting leads into showroom visits and customers.
Coordinate with sales, design, operations, accounts, and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Handle customer questions and provide timely information regarding products, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
Maintain professional communication with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calls, follow-ups, showroom visits, lead conversion, and sales.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline preferred.
1+ year of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, sales coordination, or business development preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales and customer service may also apply.
Experience in interior design, plywood, veneers, laminates, furniture, building materials, modular kitchens, home décor, architecture, construction materials, or retail will be an advantage although not mandatory.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with customers over the phone and in person.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred but English is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel, MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
Strong follow-up, organizational, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-oriented approach.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based KPIs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
