Roadcast is an AI-powered logistics automation platform helping enterprises streamline fleet operations, improve visibility, and optimize mobility management. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Associate who can ensure our workplace remains organized, welcoming, and efficiently managed.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Admin Associate to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. The ideal candidate will ensure the workplace is clean, presentable, well-maintained, and fully operational while coordinating with housekeeping staff, vendors, and internal teams to deliver a seamless office experience for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain hygiene standards.
Monitor and replenish pantry supplies, stationery, and office consumables.
Arrange refreshments, meals, and beverages for clients, guests, and internal meetings.
Ensure conference rooms are prepared before meetings and client visits.
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and facility-related requirements.
Maintain the overall aesthetics and ambience of the office, including reception, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Handle office inventory and maintain records of administrative purchases and expenses.
Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries.
Support the HR and Admin team in organizing office events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure office equipment (printers, coffee machines, ACs, etc.) is functioning properly and coordinate servicing when required.
Maintain visitor records and provide a welcoming experience to guests.
Ensure compliance with office policies, safety standards, and administrative procedures.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail with a proactive approach.
Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and service providers.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in office administration, facility management, or hospitality.
Experience in managing housekeeping staff and vendor coordination is preferred.
