Position: Sales Coordinator

Experience: 2-3 years in building materials, PVC Industry preferred.

Location: Siruvani Main Road, Theetipalayam Village, Coimbatore – 641010

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator should be fluent in English and she will support the sales team in driving business growth and ensuring smooth communication between sales, marketing and customer service departments. The role involves assisting with sales operations, tracking customer orders, preparing sales reports and ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills .

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

o Assist the sales team by processing customer orders and handling inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

o Maintain and update the customer database and ensure all sales records are accurate.

o Coordinate with customers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues related to products or services.

Order Management:

o Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth order processing and follow-ups.

o Communicate with the logistics team to track shipments and resolve any delivery delays or issues.

Sales Documentation and Reporting:

o Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.

o Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and maintain records of all customer communications.

o Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts as needed.

Customer Interaction:

o Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, ensuring that all customer queries are answered promptly and professionally.

o Provide excellent customer service by maintaining positive and long-term relationships with clients.

Sales Coordination:

o Coordinate with different departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth sales operations.

o Support sales team members with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and other sales-related tasks.

Follow-ups and Communication:

o Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services and resolve any post-sales issues.

o Manage communication between clients and the internal team to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Pleasing personality

· Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.

· A Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.

· Previous 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.

· Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues with professionalism.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales documentation.

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

· Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Customer-focused attitude and ability to build strong client relationships.
