Job Title: Front Office & Reservations Manager (Operations All-Rounder) Property: Rawla Udaipur (17-Room Boutique Hotel & Bar) Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹28,000 per month + Performance Incentives on Direct Bookings Start Date: Immediate (Targeting August 1st Launch) About the Property Rawla Udaipur is a premium 17-room boutique hotel preparing for a highly anticipated relaunch on August 1st. Featuring an exclusive on-site bar (fully licensed) and an in-house kitchen, we cater to leisure travelers and weekend tourists seeking a complete, high-quality hospitality experience. Role Summary We are seeking a sharp, highly capable, and multi-talented Operations All-Rounder to act as the central pillar of our property. You will not just be standing behind a desk; you will own the front-of-house operations, drive room sales, manage OTA listings, and ensure flawless guest experiences. Because we operate with a lean, highly efficient team, this role requires a proactive professional who can seamlessly transition between taking B2B sales calls, checking in guests, and coordinating with housekeeping and F&B staff. Key Responsibilities 1. Reservations & Revenue Management (Tech & OTA) * Manage end-to-end reservations using eZee Absolute (PMS) and eZee Centrix (Channel Manager). * Monitor and update inventory across all major OTAs (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo) to prevent double-bookings and optimize daily rates. * Process direct bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and Google Business Profile to minimize OTA commission leakage. * Coordinate seamlessly with the F&B team using Petpooja POS to ensure accurate room billing and track liquor/food orders. 2. Sales & B2B Outreach * Actively build and maintain a database of local and regional Travel Agents, particularly focusing on the high-volume Gujarat corridor (Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot). * Distribute B2B tariff sheets and negotiate direct net rates or commission structures to secure steady weekend group bookings. * Upsell property amenities, specifically leveraging our active liquor license and F&B offerings, to arriving guests. 3. Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations * Execute swift, welcoming check-ins and check-outs. * Act as the primary point of contact for all guest requests, maintaining strict, high-quality SOPs for service delivery. * Handle and immediately resolve high-impact guest escalations (e.g., maintenance issues, delays) to protect our online reputation and secure 5-star reviews during our critical launch phase. * Navigate the operational dynamics and enforce boundaries required when managing a property with an active bar and liquor license. 4. Operational Coordination * Act as the command center for a lean core team, directing our housekeeping staff (2) and kitchen/bar staff (3) to ensure rooms are turned over efficiently and room service is prompt. * Enforce energy management protocols (ensuring ACs/geysers are switched off upon checkout) to optimize property running costs. Qualifications & Requirements * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front office, reservations, or boutique hotel management. * Proven hands-on experience with eZee (or similar cloud PMS/Channel Managers) and familiarity with POS systems (experience with Petpooja is highly preferred). * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Gujarati is a strong bonus). * Exceptional de-escalation skills and a metrics-driven approach to customer satisfaction. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment without requiring micromanagement.
