Your Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, and business priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Administrative Support

Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.

Coordination & Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and stakeholders.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of deadlines.

Travel & Event Management

Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Organize and support events, conferences, and meetings.

Document & Data Management

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Maintain records, files, and confidential information securely.
Assist in data analysis and tracking key performance indicators.

Operational Support

Support business operations and strategic initiatives as directed by executives.
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor management.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
