Job Description Position: Senior Sales Executive – UPVC & Glass(Sales)

Sales & Business Development

Sales Manager / Business Head – UPVC & Glass Division

Job Location

Jalandhar Core Location(area covering is entire punjab)

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Executive – UPVC & Glass Division is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, interior designers, and institutional clients, while achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves promoting UPVC doors & windows, aluminium systems, architectural glass solutions, façades, and related products. The incumbent will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project completion while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities within residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate enquiries through direct customer visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
Develop long-term relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, consultants, and channel partners.
Promote the company's complete portfolio of UPVC windows, UPVC doors, glass systems, aluminium solutions, façades, partitions, and allied products.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
Prepare competitive quotations and commercial proposals.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Resolve customer queries regarding products, pricing, specifications, delivery schedules, and installation.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat business.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with the design, estimation, production, logistics, and installation teams.
Ensure accurate site measurements and technical requirements are communicated.
Monitor project execution timelines.
Assist customers during installation and project handover.
Resolve project-related issues promptly.

Market Development

Conduct market surveys to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
Gather information on new construction projects and upcoming developments.
Develop channel partners and dealer networks where applicable.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records.
Update CRM with customer interactions and project status.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of quotations, negotiations, and order status.
Forecast sales and business opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of sales revenue and gross margin targets.
Number of new customers acquired.
Number of qualified leads generated.
Conversion ratio from enquiry to order.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
Collection of outstanding payments within agreed timelines.
Timely submission of reports and CRM updates.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Experience

4–8 years of sales experience in UPVC windows & doors, architectural glass, aluminium systems, façades, construction materials, building products, or related industries.
Experience in project sales and institutional sales is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of UPVC window systems, architectural glass, aluminium products, and façade solutions.
Understanding of construction drawings and project specifications.
Customer relationship management skills.
Commercial and pricing knowledge.
Strong networking and business development capability.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
