About the Role — “Sales Associate”

The Sales team is dedicated towards driving occupancy, revenue growth and a strong lead pipeline across all Your Desk locations. This team is the first voice a prospective client hears and plays a central role in converting interest into long-term memberships.

We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Tele Sales Associate to generate, qualify, and convert leads for our co-working, managed office, private office, and virtual office solutions. This role is a blend of outbound calling and inbound enquiry management — the ideal candidate will be equally comfortable making high-volume cold calls and nurturing warm leads through to a scheduled site visit and closure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outbound Calling

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from databases, broker networks, online listings, and marketing campaigns. Pitch Your Desk’s offerings — co-working seats, managed offices, private cabins, and virtual offices — clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Identify decision-makers, understand client requirements (number of seats, budget, location preference, and move-in timeline), and qualify leads accordingly.
Revive aged and dormant enquiries through structured re-engagement calling.

Inbound Enquiries & Follow-ups

Respond promptly to inbound enquiries received via the website, listing platforms, phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Schedule site visits and tours for prospective clients, and send timely confirmations and reminders.
Maintain disciplined follow-up cycles — calls, emails, and messages — until every lead reaches a clear outcome.
Coordinate with the Community Manager team to ensure a smooth handover of scheduled tours and a seamless client experience.

CRM, Reporting & Market Intelligence

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM / lead tracker.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, tours scheduled, and conversions achieved against targets.
Share market intelligence gathered on calls — competitor pricing, offers, and common client objections — to support informed business decisions.
Collaborate with the management team on calling campaigns, promotional initiatives, and strategies to grow the member base.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or tele calling is preferred; freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.
Prior experience in co-working, real estate, hospitality, or B2B services is an added advantage.

Proficiency in basic computer skills — MS Excel, CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp Business.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a large pipeline of leads simultaneously.
Integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy.
A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a high sense of ownership.
