Assistant Manager – Client Acquisition

Location: Work From Home / Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Business Development / Client Acquisition
Experience: 0–5 years in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or a related field

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Client Acquisition to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and converting qualified prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong interest in B2B sales, and the ability to independently manage the client acquisition process while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients across targeted industries and markets.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, telephone calls, online research, references, and other business channels.
Connect with decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
Present the company's products, services, and technology solutions to prospective clients.
Schedule and conduct introductory meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up with prospects.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with the technical and management teams to address client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and conversions in CRM/sales tracking systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and client-acquisition targets.
Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Participate in online meetings, webinars, exhibitions, and industry networking activities when required.

Qualification

MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development preferred.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
0–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, or a related role.
Fresh MBA graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.

Language Skills

Mandatory:

Excellent spoken and written English
Good spoken Hindi

Additional languages will be an advantage, particularly regional Indian languages.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with senior executives and decision-makers.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a Work From Home environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
Strong business acumen and a target-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and activities simultaneously.
