Job Title: Business Development Executive

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving growth for our B2B SaaS business in the US market. The ideal candidate leverages AI tools and a proactive mindset to deliver outstanding sales outcomes.

You should have:

3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B SaaS Sales, Lead Generation, and SDR roles.
Proven experience generating new leads for IT/SaaS services within US/EU/International markets.
Hands-on experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.
Working knowledge of LinkedIn automation platforms like Meet Alfred.
Experience running outbound email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Proficiency in AI tools, AI agents, and prompt engineering to enhance sales productivity and outcomes.
Experience with sales automation workflows.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Experience working with US-based clients is essential.
Proactive, smart approach, and comfortable in combining tech with outbound sales activities.
Content writing experience will be given additional weightage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for generating leads for SaaS Services in the US market.
Mining and mapping accounts and companies in the SME segment whilst building a contact database to get into new partnerships.
Verifying and validating contact data before use.
Building and executing outbound lead generation email campaigns.
Sending customized, personalized emails to prospects leveraging AI tools for efficiency and relevance.
Leveraging LinkedIn as a second channel in conjunction with emails to generate leads.
Conducting research on accounts to develop custom penetration approaches.
Utilizing AI agents and prompt engineering to streamline prospecting and outreach workflows.
Arranging calls/meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
Adhering to the targets set by management.
Participating in daily and weekly standup calls.
Analyzing sales campaigns and deriving meaningful results to refine strategies.
