Job Title: e-Commerce Executive / Amazon Account Executive [Online Sales]
Location: Corporate Park, Sector 142, Noida [Less than 1 Minute walk from 142 Metro Station]
Job Type: Full-Time [Remote not Allowed]
Min Experience: 1-3 Years [In e-commerce marketplaces / Amazon Seller Central Experience Must / No Freshers]
Min Skills: Excellent Computer Skills, e-Listing and Catalogue Management, 35-45 WPM, Excel & Google Sheets

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented e-Commerce Executive [online Sales] for supporting the day-to-day operations of our online selling business. This includes managing product listings, brand analytics, inventory, customer service, order processing, and maintaining the online storefronts on platforms such as [Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Etsy, Myntra]. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the online retail industry. We are open to bring talented people with proven experience from other industries and verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listings and Content Management:

o Create and manage product listings on ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy).

o Write compelling product descriptions, optimize titles, and create high-quality images.

o Ensure listings are fully optimized for SEO to improve visibility and search rankings.

o Update product listings with accurate pricing, stock information, and product details.

o Regularly update product pages to reflect new arrivals, promotions, or sales events.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment:

o Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipment.

o Track orders to ensure on-time delivery, managing any issues or delays.

o Coordinate with the logistics team or third-party fulfillment services for order processing.

o Ensure proper packaging and labeling for shipping.

3. Inventory Management:

o Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring products are available for sale.

o Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed.

o Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product restocking.

o Perform regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.

4. Customer Service & Communication:

o Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner.

o Resolve customer issues and complaints, aiming for high customer satisfaction.

o Process returns, exchanges, and refunds, adhering to company policies.

o Manage customer feedback and reviews, addressing any concerns promptly.

5. Sales Reporting & Analytics:

o Monitor sales trends, customer behavior, and inventory performance.

o Generate weekly/monthly sales reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.

o Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities.

o Assist in the development of promotional strategies to boost sales.

6. Social Media & Marketing Support:

o Support social media campaigns by scheduling posts and engaging with customers.

o Help manage email marketing campaigns, including drafting content and tracking performance.

o Assist in creating promotional materials for special events, sales, or product launches.

7. Platform Management:

o Stay up to date with best practices and new features on ecommerce platforms.

o Ensure adherence to platform policies and guidelines (e.g., Amazon Seller Policies, eBay Seller

Standards).

o Resolve any platform-related issues, such as account restrictions or listing violations.

Qualifications:

Experience:

o At least 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce management or assistant roles, with a strong

understanding of online selling platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).

o Proven track record of managing product listings, order processing, and customer service in an online

selling environment.

Skills:

o Strong written and verbal communication skills.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

o Knowledge of ecommerce tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Helium 10, Shopify, ShipStation, etc.).

o Familiarity with SEO techniques and strategies for ecommerce platforms.

o Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
