Job Title: Post Sales CRM Executive / Manager/Fresher

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Post Sales CRM Executive / Manager to manage customer relationships and ensure a seamless post-sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, handling customer queries, ensuring timely order execution, and delivering exceptional service to customers, architects, and interior designers.Key ResponsibilitiesQualifications & ExperienceRequired SkillsPreferred Competencies

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after order confirmation.

Manage customer relationships throughout the post-sales journey.

Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounts, Procurement, and Installation teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

Provide customers with regular updates on order status, material availability, dispatch schedules, deliveries, and project timelines.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, service requests, and escalations professionally and efficiently.

Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.

Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly.

Prepare MIS reports, customer feedback reports, and service performance reports.

Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

MBA in Retail Management will be an added advantage.

Executive: 2–5 years of experience in Post Sales CRM, Customer Service, Retail Operations, or Customer Relationship Management.

Manager: 6–10 years of relevant experience in Post Sales CRM or Customer Relationship Management, including team management.

Experience in Natural Stones, Marble, Granite, Tiles, Building Materials, Luxury Retail, Home Décor, Construction, or Interior Products is preferred.

Experience working with architects, interior designers, or the interior design industry will be an added advantage.

Face-to-face customer interaction experience is mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Pleasant personality with a positive, customer-centric attitude.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Professional, well-groomed, and presentable demeanor.

Good understanding of telephonic etiquette and professional communication.

Excellent guest-facing etiquette with the ability to interact confidently with premium customers, architects, and interior designers.

Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.

Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy.

Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Ability to build long-term customer relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
