Full job description

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide a positive first impression to clients, visitors, and employees.

The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, professional appearance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests professionally.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
Handle front-desk enquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
Receive and distribute courier, postal, and office documents.
Coordinate with different departments regarding visitors and appointments.
Schedule meetings and maintain the reception/meeting-room calendar.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Handle basic administrative and documentation work.
Maintain records, files, and office registers as required.
Assist management and staff with day-to-day office coordination.
Follow up on routine office requirements when assigned.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Ensure professional conduct and proper communication with clients and colleagues.
Perform other reception and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good English communication is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Good telephone etiquette.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Professional attitude and positive approach.
Punctual, responsible, and disciplined.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: Graduation.
Minimum 2yr experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Should be presentable and maintain professional office attire.
Should be polite and respectful while dealing with clients, visitors, and employees.
Should be comfortable handling phone calls and visitors independently.

Maintain professional and appropriate office attire and grooming.
Treat clients, visitors, colleagues, and management with respect.
No harassment, discrimination, abusive language, aggressive behavior, or disrespectful conduct will be tolerated.
Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and client information.
Follow company rules, procedures, attendance requirements, and reporting structure.

Job Type: Full-Time
