Admin Executive / Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a well-organized, confident, and professionally groomed Admin Executive/Administrator with a strong English-medium educational background and proven experience in administration.

The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, management, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Coordinate with management, employees, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders.
Handle official correspondence, emails, letters, notices, and documentation.
Maintain office records, files, registers, and administrative documents.
Prepare reports, presentations, notices, circulars, and official communications.
Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, security, supplies, and other facilities.
Manage procurement of office stationery, equipment, and other administrative requirements.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, internal events, and official activities.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and other administrative requirements in coordination with HR.
Maintain professional communication with vendors and service providers.
Ensure smooth functioning of the office and timely completion of administrative tasks.
Support management with administrative reports and other assigned responsibilities.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Ensure company policies and administrative procedures are properly followed.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in Business Administration, Management, English Graduate , or a related field.
1–5 years of relevant experience in administration or office management.
Strong English-medium educational background preferred.
Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential.
Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Professional attitude, confidence, and good personality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different departments.
