Full job description

ROLE

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our entire digital marketing department. This role goes beyond managing advertising campaigns—it requires a proven leader who can drive growth across all marketing channels while managing and mentoring a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Shopify eCommerce, Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, and digital marketing strategy, along with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, executing data-driven campaigns, and scaling eCommerce brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, manage, and mentor the entire Marketing Department, including: Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, Media Buying, Shopify/eCommerce Management Team
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business and revenue objectives.
Own and manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment across all marketing channels.
Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other PPC platforms.
Manage the overall performance and growth of the company's Shopify stores, working closely with internal teams to improve conversion rates, customer experience, and sales.
Analyze key marketing KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and overall revenue performance.
Develop customer acquisition, retention, remarketing, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the Creative Team to produce high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional assets.
Lead campaign planning, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven optimization strategies to improve marketing performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to maintain a competitive advantage.
Prepare regular executive reports with insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience leading and managing marketing teams across multiple functions, including: Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, Paid Media/Media Buying, Shopify/eCommerce Operations
Strong hands-on experience managing Shopify stores and scaling eCommerce brands.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC campaign management, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns for profitability and growth.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with a proven record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
