About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, analytical, and highly organized E-Commerce Executive to take complete ownership of managing and scaling brand presence across leading e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other regional marketplaces.

In this role, you will be accountable for end-to-end account management, performance advertising (PPC), listing optimization, inventory coordination, and overall sales delivery. You will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, communicating performance metrics, setting monthly sales targets, and deploying both organic and paid growth strategies to scale brand revenue profitably.

1. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities1. End-to-End Account & Operations Management

Onboard, configure, and maintain daily operations for seller/vendor accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplace channels.
Monitor overall account health, maintain performance metrics, resolve listing suppressions, handle brand registry issues, and liaise directly with platform seller support teams.
Coordinate stock allocation, monitor inventory movement, and work closely with logistics teams to ensure optimal FBA, Flipkart Smart, and Nykaa warehouse stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.

2. Performance Marketing & Ad Campaign Management

Strategize, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD), Flipkart PLA/PCA Ads, and Nykaa Sponsored Ads.
Take strict ownership of campaign budgets, continuously optimizing for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), and TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales).
Conduct rigorous keyword research, bid management, placement tuning, and negative targeting to maximize conversion rates while reducing overall ad spend waste.

3. Organic Search Optimization (SEO) & Merchandising

Optimize product listings with high-volume, relevant keywords across titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and product descriptions to boost organic rankings.
Create and manage high-converting A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) and Brand Stores aligned with brand guidelines.
Plan and execute promotional calendars, including platform-level sales events (e.g., Amazon Great Indian Festival, Flipkart Big Billion Days, Nykaa Pink Friday Sale), lightning deals, and brand coupons.

4. Client Communication & Account Retention

Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients, holding regular syncs to discuss sales performance, ad spend efficiency, and growth strategies.
Prepare clear, actionable weekly and monthly analytical reports tracking top-line revenue, organic vs. paid sales split, traffic, conversion rates, and profit margins.
Translate client revenue goals into executable multi-channel sales plans and take accountability for hitting target milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 –4 years of hands-on experience independently managing marketplace accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa.
Ad Expertise: Proven track record of managing paid ad campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart with demonstrated ROAS improvements.
Analytical Ability: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization) to process catalog and ad performance data.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience in direct client management and presentation of data.
Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of seller dashboards, vendor central setups, algorithm mechanics (A9/A10), and category compliance rules (especially in Beauty, Fashion, or Consumer Goods).

Key Metrics for Success (KPIs)

Revenue Generation: Consistent month-over-month growth in combined platform revenue (Paid + Organic).
Advertising Efficiency: Achieving target ROAS and maintaining optimal TACoS across all managed platforms.
Account Health Score: Zero account suspensions, policy violations, or major listing suppressions.
Client Satisfaction: High client retention rates and strong performance reviews.
