Position

HR Executive / Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

QUDE Mart Pvt. Ltd. (Brand: ZOLU) is looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance, payroll support, documentation, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sound knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to handle employees professionally while maintaining confidentiality and company policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Prepare and publish job descriptions and vacancy postings.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with management and department heads.
Manage joining formalities and onboarding of new employees.

Employee Management

Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for resolution.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, late coming, and absenteeism.
Maintain employee files and ensure timely updating of records.
Assist in maintaining a positive and professional workplace environment.

Attendance & Payroll Support

Maintain and verify monthly attendance records.
Prepare attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team regarding salary-related information.
Track employee deductions, incentives, advances, and other payroll inputs where applicable.

HR Administration & Compliance

Maintain HR registers, employee databases, joining documents, resignation documents, and other records.
Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensure proper documentation for employee joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation.
Support statutory HR compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments requirements, and other applicable compliances.
Coordinate with external consultants or authorities whenever required.

Employee Engagement

Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Help resolve employee grievances professionally.
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Promote discipline and adherence to company policies.

Exit Management

Handle resignation and exit formalities.
Coordinate notice-period requirements.
Collect company assets and documents from departing employees.
Prepare necessary exit documentation and coordinate with Accounts for Full & Final Settlement.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and HR administration.
Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
