Full job description

We are one of the top most reputed organization in Coimbatore in Real Estate and Construction Industry. We are building the team and looking for a Senior Manager – Sales.

The Senior Manager – Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales team, developing business strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving the company's sales objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements.

· Prepare sales forecasts and business development plans.

· Drive revenue generation across residential, commercial, and plotted development projects.

2. Team Leadership & Management

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

· Set KPIs and monitor sales performance regularly.

· Conduct sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

· Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales professionals.

3. Customer Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

· Handle key client meetings and negotiations.

· Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Enhance customer retention and referral business.

4. Sales Operations

· Monitor lead generation, site visits, bookings, and conversions.

· Ensure timely follow-up of customer inquiries through CRM systems.

· Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.

· Maintain accurate sales reports and MIS.

5. Revenue & Target Achievement

· Achieve sales revenue, booking, and collection targets.

· Monitor project-wise sales performance.

· Develop action plans to improve conversion ratios and sales productivity.

· Maximize profitability through effective pricing and negotiation.

6. Market Intelligence

· Study competitor projects, pricing, and marketing strategies.

· Analyze market trends and customer preferences.

· Provide management with market insights and recommendations.

7. Coordination with Internal Departments

· Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Project teams.

· Ensure smooth processing of bookings, documentation, agreements, and customer handovers.

· Coordinate with construction teams regarding project updates for customers.

8. Reporting & Compliance

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and legal requirements.

· Present sales updates and business reports to senior management.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

· 8–12+ years of experience in real estate or construction sales.

· Proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams.

· Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, RERA regulations, and property sales processes.
