As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to strengthen our inside sales team and contribute to business expansion through effective customer engagement and lead conversion.

Job Summary

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound and inbound calling, converting enquiries into business, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the complete sales process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills with experience in B2B telesales or inside sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, digital enquiries, referrals, CRM databases, and other lead generation sources.
Handle inbound customer enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products and solutions.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
Achieve daily calling targets, enquiry conversion goals, and monthly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities across infrastructure, construction, EPC, engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers whenever appropriate.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B customers.
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, payments, and order status.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding product specifications, pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Sales Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams for timely order execution.
Prepare quotations, customer records, and sales documentation accurately.
Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM software.
Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, pipeline reports, and customer feedback reports.
Support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives to maximize business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)

Experience

2–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, Sales Coordination, or similar B2B sales roles.
Experience in the steel, manufacturing, engineering, industrial products, building materials, or construction industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships and close sales effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar software.
Understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
Knowledge of steel products, industrial materials, or construction products.
Experience handling high-volume outbound calling and lead nurturing.
Familiarity with quotation preparation and sales order coordination.
