SALES EXECUTIVE – INTELVIQUE ENGLISH SKILLS AI

Location: Kerala – Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam & Kochi

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven and result-oriented Sales Executive to represent Intelvique English Skills AI, a UK-based AI-powered English learning platform designed to improve users' English fluency, communication skills and confidence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with schools, engaging with school management and key decision-makers, arranging product demonstrations, generating qualified leads, conducting follow-ups and converting opportunities into school partnerships.

This is a field-based B2B sales role requiring excellent communication and presentation skills, strong relationship-building abilities, a proactive approach and a willingness to travel across the assigned territory.

The candidate will be expected to demonstrate measurable sales performance and build a strong customer pipeline within the first three months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSchool & Field Sales

Conduct a minimum of 4 planned school visits per working day within the assigned territory.
Identify and establish relationships with School Management, Principals, Directors, Academic Coordinators and other key decision-makers.
Present Intelvique English Skills AI and clearly communicate its value to schools, teachers, students and parents.
Arrange and conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Identify the school's requirements and recommend appropriate Intelvique solutions.
Generate new business opportunities through school visits, referrals, networking, events and other lead-generation activities.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective schools.
Conduct structured and timely follow-ups to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Negotiate with prospects and support the sales process through to closure.
Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, proposals, demonstrations and customer onboarding.
Build strong, long-term relationships with schools and educational institutions.
Support the successful onboarding and initial engagement of newly acquired schools.

Sales Reporting & Market Development

Maintain accurate records of school visits, contacts, leads, demonstrations, follow-ups and conversions.
Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and CRM/sales tracking system.
Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales performance reports.
Track progress against monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback.
Provide regular market intelligence and recommendations to management.
Represent Intelvique professionally at education events, exhibitions, seminars and school meetings.

DAILY SALES EXPECTATIONS

The Sales Executive is expected to follow a structured field-sales routine.

Minimum Activity Target

4 planned school visits per working day

A typical working day may include:

School visits
Meeting with decision-makers

Proposal / quotation follow-up

Note: Priority should be given to the quality of engagement and sales opportunities generated rather than visits alone.

FIRST 90 DAYS – PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONSMONTH 1 – MARKET DEVELOPMENT & LEAD GENERATION

The primary focus during the first month will be establishing a strong presence in the assigned territory.

Build a comprehensive database of target schools.
Conduct consistent school visits and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
Generate qualified school leads.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Understand customer requirements and objections.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Develop a clear territory and school-visit plan.

Strong market presence + qualified pipeline + established school relationships

MONTH 2 – PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT & CONVERSION

The second month will focus on converting qualified opportunities.

Conduct structured follow-ups with prospective schools.
Arrange second-level meetings with management and decision-makers.
Conduct additional product demonstrations where required.
Address customer objections and communicate product value.
Progress qualified opportunities towards commercial discussions.
Generate proposals and quotations.
Begin converting qualified prospects into customers.

Strong qualified pipeline + active negotiations + initial school conversions

MONTH 3 – SALES RESULTS & REVENUE

The third month will focus on measurable commercial results.

Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.
Convert priority prospects into paying schools.
Generate measurable revenue from the assigned territory.
Maintain a healthy pipeline for future months.
Demonstrate consistent sales activity and conversion performance.
Develop a territory growth plan for the next quarter.

Customer acquisition + revenue generation + sustainable sales pipeline

Fixed Salary: Based on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
