Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced Curriculum Developer to design engaging, age-appropriate learning programs for preschool children. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in early childhood education and expertise in developing play-based, child-centric curricula that foster cognitive, language, social-emotional, physical, and creative development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive preschool curriculum aligned with Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) principles, NEP 2020 guidelines, and recognized early learning frameworks.
Create annual curriculum plans, monthly themes, weekly lesson plans, and daily learning experiences.
Develop engaging teaching-learning materials, worksheets, activity books, teacher manuals, and assessment tools.
Design play-based, experiential, inquiry-based, and hands-on learning activities.
Ensure curriculum supports holistic child development across all developmental domains.
Develop age-appropriate literacy, numeracy, life skills, STEM, art, music, and movement activities.
Create developmental assessment and observation tools to monitor children's progress.
Review, evaluate, and continuously enhance curriculum based on classroom feedback and educational best practices.
Collaborate with academic teams, teachers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts for curriculum implementation.
Conduct teacher training sessions and provide curriculum support to preschool educators.
Stay updated with emerging trends and research in early childhood education.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.
Mandatory certification or diploma in at least one of the following:
Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)
Montessori Teacher Training
Nursery Teacher Training (NTT)
Additional certifications in phonics, child psychology, special education, or instructional design will be an added advantage.

Experience

2–3 years of experience in preschool curriculum development, academic content creation, or early childhood education.
Experience working with preschool chains, schools, publishing companies, or EdTech organizations is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of child development and preschool pedagogy.
Expertise in curriculum planning and instructional design.
Knowledge of Montessori, play-way, experiential, and inquiry-based learning approaches.
Familiarity with NEP 2020 and ECCE guidelines.
Excellent content writing and editing skills.
Ability to develop engaging educational resources for teachers, children, and parents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and educational content development tools.
