Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Real Estate/Construction/Business Development Mandatory)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance & Experience)

Job Summary

Lucknow Builders is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. Candidates with experience in the real estate, construction, infrastructure, or property sector will be preferred.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, promoting the company's residential and commercial projects, maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating site visits, and contributing to the organization's business growth through office-based and field activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial construction projects.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Develop strategies to increase business opportunities and customer acquisition.

Client Relationship Management

Meet prospective customers to understand their construction and property requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and personal meetings.
Ensure prompt follow-up with prospective and existing clients.

Sales & Customer Consultation

Explain the company's construction services, residential and commercial projects, pricing, and payment plans.
Assist customers throughout the enquiry, negotiation, and booking process.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Site Visits & Project Promotion

Arrange and coordinate client site visits.
Present project features, amenities, layouts, and construction progress professionally.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Represent Lucknow Builders professionally during client meetings and business events.

Market Research

Conduct regular market research to identify customer requirements and competitor activities.
Collect feedback from clients and provide business insights to management.
Identify emerging market trends and business opportunities.

Coordination & Teamwork

Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Site Engineering, Accounts, and Administration teams.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and customer documentation.
Support management in executing business development strategies.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, customer meetings, and site visits.
Update CRM, Excel sheets, and business records regularly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business activity reports.
Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development abilities.
Customer relationship management skills.
Good presentation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of the real estate or construction industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, Internet, and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management will be preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate Sales, Construction Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
Experience with builders, developers, construction companies, or real estate firms will be preferred.
Candidate should be a resident of Lucknow or willing to relocate.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Business Development or Sales is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel within Lucknow for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
Must maintain professionalism while interacting with customers, contractors, vendors, and business associates.
Should maintain punctuality, discipline, and confidentiality.
Must follow company policies and business ethics.
