What You'll Do

As a Coordinator – Office Operations, you will support the day-to-day operations of the ACC Bengaluru office, helping to create a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace experience for employees, visitors, and clients. You will work closely with the Office Operations team, vendors, and building management to ensure workplace services are delivered effectively and consistently.

In this role, you will coordinate operational activities, support facilities management processes, and contribute to maintaining a high-quality office environment. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth workplace operations while helping identify opportunities to improve service delivery and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day office services, including housekeeping, pantry, transportation, and security support.
Support maintenance activities and workplace upkeep through regular inspections and follow-up actions.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service delivery and resolution of operational issues.
Liaise with building management regarding facility-related requests and routine maintenance activities.
Assist with office seating arrangements, workspace changes, and office move activities.
Track office supplies and coordinate replenishment to maintain workplace readiness.
Support processing of purchase orders, invoices, and operational expense documentation.
Assist with planning and execution of office events, employee engagement activities, and client visits.
Support implementation of workplace safety and security procedures, including emergency preparedness activities.
Maintain operational records, reports, and tracking tools to support service delivery and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

3–5 years of experience in office operations, facilities management, or workplace services.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace management tools.
Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to workplace excellence.

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with the Office Operations team and collaborate with employees, vendors, building management, and other business services teams across BCG. The role requires strong partnership and coordination across multiple stakeholders to help deliver a seamless workplace experience. You will contribute to a collaborative and inclusive environment focused on operational excellence and employee engagement.
