HR and Operation Manager

Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Experience: 2–3+ Years

Education: Any Graduate / MBA in HR or related field

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About The Marriage Fit

The Marriage Fit is a growing organisation exclusively focused on couple therapy and marriage counselling and couple therapy training programs. We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Manager who can independently manage core HR functions while supporting the organisation's growing team and operations.

Job Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, performance management, HR documentation, employee engagement, and webinar-related coordination.

The ideal candidate should be organised, confident in communication, comfortable handling employees at different levels, and capable of taking ownership of HR processes with minimal supervision.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare suitable job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
Coordinate interviews with the relevant hiring managers.
Manage offer, selection, and joining formalities.
Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline and hiring tracker.

Employee Management

Maintain employee attendance, leave, and related HR records.
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Address routine employee queries and HR-related concerns.
Coordinate with employees regarding company policies, procedures, and requirements.

Payroll & Compliance Coordination

Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts/payroll team.
Maintain accurate attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and other payroll-related information.
Ensure timely collection and maintenance of required employee documentation.
Support implementation and maintenance of internal HR policies and processes.

Performance Management

Coordinate employee performance review processes.
Maintain performance records and review documentation.
Follow up with managers and employees regarding performance-related action points.
Support the development of performance improvement processes where required.

Employee Engagement

Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
Help build a positive, professional, and productive workplace environment.
Coordinate internal meetings, employee communications, celebrations, and team activities.
Identify recurring employee concerns and escalate important matters to management.

Webinar & Event Management

Coordinate internal and external webinars conducted by The Marriage Fit.
Manage webinar schedules, registrations, participant coordination, reminders, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with speakers, trainers, internal teams, and participants.
Ensure smooth execution of webinars and related activities.
Maintain webinar-related records and reports.

HR Administration

Develop and maintain HR trackers, reports, and documentation.
Prepare regular HR reports for management.
Maintain employee databases and HR records.
Assist management in implementing new HR systems, processes, and policies.
Ensure HR activities are completed accurately and within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and people-management skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic office tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employee and company information.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Professional, mature, and solution-oriented approach.
