Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in B2B inside sales within a service-based industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding Avconexpo's presence in international markets by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing business relationships, and driving long-term business growth.

This role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers across engineering, industrial, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify, qualify, and generate new B2B business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand Avconexpo's service portfolio.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, industry databases, referrals, networking, and cold outreach.
Conduct client meetings (virtual and physical), presentations, and business discussions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

International Business Development

Develop business opportunities in international markets, particularly across Africa, the Middle East, and other emerging regions.
Research international markets, industries, and prospective clients.
Coordinate with overseas clients regarding project requirements, proposals, and commercial discussions.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Ensure regular follow-ups to identify repeat business opportunities.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely support.

Proposal & Commercial Coordination

Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution development.
Prepare business proposals, capability presentations, company profiles, and commercial quotations.
Participate in technical and commercial negotiations.

CRM & Sales Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and business development metrics.
Submit weekly and monthly business development reports.

Market Research

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
Identify target industries and key decision-makers.
Recommend strategies to improve market penetration and revenue growth.

REQUIRED SKILLS

2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
Proven experience in service-based industries (Engineering Consultancy, EPC, Industrial Services, Technical Consultancy, Professional Services, etc.).
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in handling international clients.
Ability to prepare business proposals and professional presentations.
Hands-on experience with CRM software.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong commercial acumen with a target-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing/International Business will be an added advantage.
Experience in Engineering Consultancy or Industrial Services will be preferred.
