*Role Overview*

We are seeking a highly efficient, experienced, and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and streamline the school’s administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments, maintain the highest standards of operational efficiency, and support a disciplined, safe, and well-managed campus environment.

This role requires an individual with strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities with precision and professionalism.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Oversee the daily administrative operations of the school, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

* Manage campus facilities, maintenance schedules, housekeeping, security, and transport operations to uphold the institution’s standards.

* Supervise administrative staff and ensure adherence to policies, discipline, and service quality.

* Coordinate with vendors, manage contracts, and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.

* Support event planning and execution, including school functions.

* Maintain compliance with statutory and safety requirements, including documentation and audit readiness.

* Ensure effective communication between academic, administrative, and management teams.

* Prepare administrative reports, budgets, and operational plans for review by the senior management.

* Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and the values of Ecole Globale in all administrative processes.

*Qualifications & Skills*

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.

* Strong leadership, organisational, and time-management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proven experience in managing teams, facilities, and large-scale operations.

* Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure, efficiency, and professionalism.

* Proficiency in MS Office, administrative software, and modern management tools.
