The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle by coordinating client interactions, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role supports the sales team in lead management, quotation preparation, customer coordination, and sales closure while delivering an exceptional customer experience for Ceramic Pro Lifestyle's premium surface protection solutions.

Work Location: Mia Associates, No. 2, Road Number 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana (2nd Floor)

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate customer appointments and site visits in collaboration with the sales team.
Manage inbound enquiries from residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate clients.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information using Microsoft Excel and internal CRM tools.
Prepare and share quotations for Ceramic Pro Lifestyle products and services within defined timelines.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to drive conversions.
Coordinate communication between customers, sales consultants, operations, and installation teams.
Assist the sales team in converting leads by ensuring timely documentation and customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt and professional support.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Support achievement of business growth targets through effective customer relationship management.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English-speaking skill is mandatory).
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong follow-up, quotation coordination, and negotiation support skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining customer records.
Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a similar customer-facing role with excellent English-speaking skill, alongside proficiency in Hindi and Telugu.

Lead response and follow-up turnaround time.
Customer enquiry resolution time.
Quotation preparation and turnaround time.
CRM data accuracy and completeness.
Site visit and customer meeting coordination efficiency.
Lead-to-conversion support.
Customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Achievement of assigned sales support and business growth targets.

Hiring process: 2 rounds, (1st round virtual and 2nd/final round face to face)

NOTE: We require local candidates only who are proficient in Telugu and Hindi and possess excellent (fluent) English speaking skill.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Since this is an entry level opportunity, the budget allocated for this role ranges between INR 25000 to INR 30000 per month plus incentives (on deal closure). Will you be comfortable with that?
