Procurement Executive (Fresher)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and analytical Procurement Executive to join our Procurement and Supply Chain team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in procurement, sourcing, inventory planning, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning warehouse inventory for FMCG products to ensure optimum stock availability.
Support the procurement team in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
Create and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order processing.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve basic procurement-related issues.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams for inventory replenishment.
Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining optimum inventory.
Maintain procurement records, vendor documentation, and purchase-related files.
Update procurement MIS reports and analyze purchasing data using Microsoft Excel.
Assist in vendor performance tracking and documentation.
Conduct market research to identify new products, suppliers, and pricing trends.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform other procurement and supply chain activities as assigned.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of procurement, supply chain, or inventory management concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and basic data analysis).
Willingness to learn ERP or procurement software.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Internship or project experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, or Operations will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Willing to work from the Andheri East, Mumbai office.
