Full job description

Mall Fit-out / Retail Delivery Manager for Gurgaon

Job Purpose:

The role of Retail Delivery manager for our latest Mall project in Gurgaon is for the efficient management of the tenants, the tenants design and construction teams and safety of the project throughout all phases of the retail delivery process. Ensuring adherence of design and construction as per the criteria manuals, and compliance to all relevant local statutory approvals, adhering to all the safety standards. Achieve on time completion and opening of all allocated units, being proactive and using all available resources. Actively manages all aspects of fit- out works and connection to Mall services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Must be multidisciplined in retail knowledge, project management and construction management.
Point of Contact for Landlord, Tenants, Contractors and other Project Stakeholders for tenancy related delivery works.
Prepare and issue the Retail Delivery milestones in accordance with the First Meet
Support the Review of Architectural and MEP Drawings based on Landlord/Authorities Regulations in accordance with agreed lease timelines.
Establishing and implementing the leasing and retail delivery strategy throughout the Project.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders throughout the retail delivery process
Manage all documentation and technical records required for closing out the project as per the approved policy and procedures.
Facilitate on-site tenants fit-out/services and co-ordination by working with the tenant’s project team to ensure the overall project progress as per the agreed milestones.
Equip stakeholders with all required documentation and responds to all queries and requests for information promptly.
Coordinate & follow up with all tenants by mail & telecalls, video calls for design submittal, approval stages & execution stages.
Verify compliance of on-site build to approved architectural and MEP designs.
Direct and monitor issues related to tenants fit-out to ensure that they are in compliance with the Mall’s criteria and local statutory rules and regulations.
Knowledge and understanding of local authority approval processes and requirements.
Collate all required documentation for tenant variation requests.
Perform other related duties or assignments as required & directed.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
Spoken and written English proficiency

Experience and Skills:

1-4 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a similar capacity, preferably within the Shopping Centre industry.
Role with Landlord/Tenant Developer experience is mandatory
Excellent team player
Process oriented
Excellent in time management
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex fit-out / construction projects.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Presentable, well groomed and well mannered

Working hours: 10am to 6pm or as being followed at site (Site timings supersede)

Monday to Saturday at Gurgaon project

Laptop: Self-owned laptop with licensed ACAD

Increment: Performance based annual increment

Project duration: is 12 months and after this the employee may be posted at any other site as may be available.
