Full job description

Job Purpose –

· The candidate hired will work with Project Manager - Solar Project to ideate, plan, execute and build or renew new / existing projects or products for the company and assist junior team members.

· The candidate hired will work on Installation work for Solar power plant.

· The candidate hired will look into any technical issue faced by the customer.

· The Candidate hired needs to travel to work site on regular basis and guide the team for Installation and commissioning of Solar Power Plant Projects.

· Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.

· The candidate hired needs to connect with the client for all design approvals, documentary purpose and Project approval purposes.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Candidates applying for above mentioned position should have electrical / mechanical / renewable energy degree/ diploma or certificate course by any state / centre government affiliated institution.

· Candidates applying for the above mentioned position should have 2+ years of hands on experience in Ground Mount Solar Power projects.

· Candidate applying for the above mentioned position should have executed solar rooftop project greater than 20 KW on his own.

COMPETENCIES

Good interpersonal skills and, in particular, the ability to work as part of a team and to establish effective working relationships
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Hindi
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to manage a busy workload effectively and high degree of flexibility in adapting to frequently shifting priorities and deadlines.
Candidate should be ready to relocate to any location with in India for work related purposes.
