HR Executive – Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Vishram International Services (VIS)
Ahmedabad, Gujarat (SG Highway)
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: Up to 4,50,000 per annum
Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Vishram International Services- (VIS) Vishram International Services (VIS) is a leading global career and education consultancy specializing in international employment, cultural exchange (BridgeUSA), and overseas study. As part of our aggressive Indian market expansion, we are establishing a state-of-the-art branch on SG Highway, Ahmedabad, to serve the high demand for global career mobility and job placement consulting in Gujarat.

About the Role-

As an HR Executive, you will support recruitment activities, employee onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, and employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with the HR Manager and play an important role in helping us build a strong and positive workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and learning multiple aspects of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring Support
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Employee Onboarding
Assist new employees with joining formalities and documentation.
Ensure all onboarding documents are completed accurately.
Coordinate induction and orientation activities.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Update attendance and leave records.
Assist with employee database management and HR reports.
Ensure employee information remains accurate and up to date.
Payroll Support
Collect attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
Assist with monthly payroll inputs.
Support HR compliance and documentation activities.
Employee Engagement
Help organize employee activities, celebrations, and events.
Support initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Address routine employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA or PGDM in HR is an added advantage.

Experience

6 months to 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment, HR Operations, or Generalist HR functions.
Freshers with strong HR internship experience may also be considered.
Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and online job portals.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements

Good English communication skills.
Hindi is required.
Gujarati is preferred.
