Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, costing, and coordination of technical and management aspects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, monitor, and coordinate all technical and management aspects of projects.
Review project contracts (W.O), fabrication, erection, and assembly drawings to understand scope and derive site requirements.
Plan and arrange resources including materials, plant & machinery, cranes, scaffolding and manpower for execution.
Coordinate with clients/consultants for drawing approvals and technical clarifications.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and manage amendments in project documents.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, project budget sheets and material take-off with reconciliation statements.
Monitor project progress, track timelines and submit weekly project status reports to management.
Implement work schedules and execution plans (program of work) to achieve target completion.
Coordinate with internal departments, architects, clients, consultants and vendors to resolve project-related issues.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including QC and NDT reports.
Handle measurement sheets, project billing and contractor billing processes.
Manage site teams, assign responsibilities and supervise overall project execution.
Take regular updates from site personnel and report progress to management.

Qualification & Experience
BE in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in construction / PEB / structural fabrication industry.
Experience in project planning, costing and execution.

Preferred Skills
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Good understanding of construction and fabrication processes.

Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle projects independently.
