Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata (On-site) Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on Experience) Experience Required: 2–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Preferred About Shree Ji Steel Shree Ji Steel is a fast-growing organization in the iron and steel industry, engaged in the manufacturing, trading, and export of high-quality steel products. With a strong focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous growth, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the Director. Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to Director who can efficiently manage executive schedules, business communications, coordination activities, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and a professional approach to supporting senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules. Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and business engagements. Prepare meeting agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Handle email correspondence, official communications, and documentation on behalf of the Director. Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reports, business summaries, and management updates. Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, itineraries, and related logistics. Maintain confidential records, agreements, contracts, and important business documents. Act as a liaison between the Director and internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders. Monitor ongoing projects and follow up on management directives to ensure timely execution. Assist in office administration, event coordination, and operational activities as required. Support data management, business planning, and cross-functional coordination. Ensure smooth communication and information flow across departments. Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to work. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or Administrative Executive. Prior experience supporting senior management or directors is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of office administration, documentation, and business correspondence.
