Full job description

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

InfiMed Solutions is seeking a full time Marketing Analyst to help plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for creating and managing various aspects of marketing including but not limited to; Lead Generation, Developing Landing Pages, Adword analysis, Social Media, Website CMS Management, and SEO campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results in reporting, analysis, and recommendations
● Ability to create blog content
● Manage social media accounts by developing an organic social media strategy along with effectively responding to reviews, comments and messages.
● Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
● Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
● Assist with the creation of material (e.g. brochures, newsletters, paid advertising)
● Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
● Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
● Present forecasts, metrics, and any relevant information to leadership
● Monitor and report competitors' marketing and sales activities
● Improve reach to customers through SEO campaigns, and organic social media
● Plan and execute on all digital marketing campaigns and identify all optimization opportunities
● Conduct Keyword Research for both PPC and SEO purposes
● Develop SEO Content Strategies
● Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Audiences, Market Segmentation,
● Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with clients, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services
● Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
● Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team
● Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
● Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
● Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
● Formulate, Track and perform both on-site and off page SEO activities for multiple wordpress sites
● Experience tracking and optimizing for SEO success metrics

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Proven work experience as a Marketing Analyst
● Experience with content writing
● Superior computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, marketing technology applications such as google analytics and Google AdWords, Facebook ads
● Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns, Google Analytics, Landing Page Creation and Testing, Internal lead funnel analysis
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
● Strong Mathematical skills
● Data Visualization Experience with tools like Looker Studio

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
