About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations & Data Entry Executive to support our day-to-day hotel documentation and operational processes. The role involves coordinating with hotels and vendors to collect bills, invoices, vouchers, and other required documents, followed by accurately updating the information in internal portals and Excel. The selected candidate will work closely with the operations team and contribute to maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of documentation-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with hotels and vendors over phone calls to collect bills, invoices, vouchers, and other required documents.
Follow up with hotels and relevant stakeholders to ensure pending documents are received within the required timelines.
Maintain a systematic record of documents requested, received, and pending.
Check received bills, invoices, and vouchers for basic completeness and accuracy.
Accurately enter and update bill, invoice, and voucher details in the company's internal portal.
Maintain and update operational records and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
Ensure all data is entered accurately and within the defined timelines.
Identify missing information or discrepancies in documents and coordinate with the concerned stakeholders for resolution.
Track pending documentation and conduct regular follow-ups until closure.
Maintain organized records of bills, invoices, vouchers, and other operational documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of operational activities.
Perform other operations and data management tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

Minimum qualification of 12th Pass.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Comfortable communicating with hotels, vendors, and external stakeholders over phone calls.
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Good typing speed with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and systems.
