Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager II – Product Designer to join a global product team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product design and strong expertise in UI/UX, user-centered design, user research, prototyping, and design systems.
You will take ownership of your design area and work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences across acquisition, engagement/retention, and monetization journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive exceptional UI/UX experiences across key product journeys.
- Lead the complete design lifecycle, including discovery, definition, development, and delivery.
- Conduct user research to identify customer and partner needs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering leads to identify opportunities and deliver product value.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and prototypes.
- Execute visual design from concept through final handoff to engineering.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative designs.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Contribute to and evolve the organization's design system.
- Review product releases and use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve user experiences.
- Present design concepts, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in Product Design
- Strong expertise in UI/UX and user-centered design principles
- Experience working across B2B and B2C products is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Product design expertise
- UI/UX best practices
- Design thinking
- Engaging user interfaces and experiences
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
- Hands-on experience with:
- Personas
- User journeys
- Wireframing
- Prototyping
- High-fidelity designs
- Experience using LLM platforms for user research, design research, and market research
- Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Jira, and other collaboration tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and compelling visual experiences
- Open-minded, collaborative, and receptive to feedback
Working Hours
This role supports PST/Mexico business hours.
Candidates must be comfortable working a shift starting at approximately 8:30 PM IST onwards.
Remote/WFH is acceptable.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
