Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location- Sector-63, Noida

Salary- 40000-50000

About the Company

We are a fast-growing e-commerce and D2C organisation operating across multiple sales channels including our own website, Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra etc. We are building a high-performance supply chain and are looking for a Logistics Manager who can own end-to-end warehouse operations with speed, accuracy, and accountability.

Role Overview

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for end-to-end warehouse and fulfilment operations across all channels — including inbound, storage, dispatch, returns, and marketplace compliance. This role requires strong platform knowledge (Shopify, Delhivery, Shiprocket, Amazon FBA, Myntra SJIT, Unicommerce), hands-on PO/PI management experience, and the ability to lead a warehouse team with discipline and data.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

● Handle end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound GRN, storage, pick-pack, dispatch, and returns.

● Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across all sales channels using Unicommerce (WMS).

● Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation against system records.

● Control and investigate damage, and inventory discrepancies.

E-Commerce Platform Operations — Shopify

● Manage Shopify backend for order management, inventory sync, and fulfillment triggers.

● Monitor and resolve order exceptions, fulfilment errors, and payment holds within SLA.

● Ensure accurate SKU mapping, stock levels on the Shopify storefront.

Courier & Logistics Platform Management — Delhivery & Shiprocket

● Delhivery: Manage manifest generation, NDR follow-up, RTO tracking, weight dispute resolution, invoicing reconciliation, and MIS reporting via the Delhivery Business Portal.

● Shiprocket: Configure multi-courier routing rules, rate shopping, label printing, tracking, escalation management, and billing reconciliation.

● Own daily pickup schedules, manifest closures, and courier SLA adherence monitoring.

● Track forward and reverse logistics KPIs including delivery %, RTO %, average delivery time, and cost per shipment.

Marketplace Fulfilment — Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, Myntra SJIT

● Amazon FBA/FBF: Generate Delivery Challans against forecasted demand for inbound inventory movement to Amazon fulfilment centres; create inbound shipment plans, generate box-level and pallet labels (FNSKU), and ship inventory to assigned fulfilment centres. Monitor inventory levels, reorder alerts, stranded and unfulfillable inventory within Seller Central.

● Myntra SJIT: Raise STRs (Stock Transfer Requests) based on Myntra's demand signals to replenish inventory at Myntra fulfillment centres, dispatch confirmation, courier assignment, and compliance with Myntra's QC and packaging norms.

● Monitor marketplace health metrics: order defect rate, late dispatch rate, cancellation rate, and RTO across all platforms.

● Maintain catalogue hygiene: ensure barcodes, EAN/HSN mapping, are accurate on all marketplace listings.

Purchase Order (PO) & Proforma Invoice (PI) Management

● Raise and track Purchase Orders to vendors, aligned with reorder points and procurement forecasts.

● Validate Proforma Invoices from vendors — verify pricing, quantity, GST applicability, payment terms, and lead times.

● Ensure packaging meets Platform’s QC checklist (barcode placement, poly-bag specs, price tag norms). Track and action returns, (Return to Vendor Rate Policy) breaches.

● Coordinate with Finance for PO approval workflows and payment release against PI milestones.

● Reconcile Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) against open POs and flag discrepancies.

● Maintain a live PO tracker covering status, expected delivery dates, pending quantities, and vendor performance.

Team & Operations Leadership

● Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates and packing staff.

● Define daily shift targets, productivity benchmarks, and SOP adherence standards.

● Conduct daily briefings and weekly ops reviews with leadership.

Reporting & Analytics

● Share daily/weekly/monthly dashboards covering fulfilment, RTO, returns, courier costs, and inventory health.

● Provide monthly reconciliation data to Finance for marketplace and 3PL receivables.

● Track and manage dead stock, aged inventory, and slow-moving SKUs with action plans.

Key Skills & Competencies

● Strong knowledge of multi-channel e-commerce fulfilment operations

● Hands-on experience with Shopify, Delhivery, Shiprocket, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra SJIT, and Unicommerce (WMS)

● Working knowledge of PO/PI processes, GRN management, and vendor coordination

● Ability to lead and manage warehouse teams

● Strong analytical skills — Excel/Google Sheets, pivot tables, MIS reporting

● Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation and reconciliation

● Excellent cross-functional communication and follow-up skills

● Ability to manage multiple open priorities simultaneously, especially during peak seasons

Preferred Qualifications

● Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations preferred)

● 5–10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management

● Minimum 3 years in an e-commerce or D2C fulfilment environment

● Proven experience managing Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, and Myntra SJIT operations

● Mandatory experience with Unicommerce WMS for multi-channel inventory sync and order routing; experience with Vinculum or Increff is an additional advantage

● Knowledge of GST, e-way bill compliance, and inter-state stock transfer norms is a plus
