2025 changed everything. While others continued to treat contracts as mere paperwork, we began transforming them into living, searchable, and intelligent systems of record. We shipped over 250 product releases, achieved 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, got featured in Apple’s WWDC, while building the foundation for what comes next.
2026 will be our biggest year yet. With the launch of Intelligent Contract Management, we are going to market with an AI-powered contract management platform built for modern teams who expect more than storage, signatures, or status quo software.

About the Role
Own, retain, and expand a defined book of strategic accounts. This is a hunter-in-your-own-portfolio role, you’ll map departments, uncover use cases, surface integration needs, and turn those into revenue. You’ll build multi-threaded relationships, own a quota, and serve as a trusted advisor. We expect AI tools to be a genuine, daily part of how you work.
What you’ll do
Account Expansion and Growth
Map users and usage across departments: HR, Legal, Finance, Operations, and IT to find whitespace and expansion opportunities.
Go beyond surface-level use-case understanding - understand how Signeasy drives functional capabilities for each team, how those capabilities translate into business outcomes, and ultimately how they move the customer's KPIs
Drive geographic expansion, replicate wins from one region or office to others within the same account.
Track signals: M&A activity, geographic expansion, leadership changes. Engage early to protect, consolidate, or grow.
Generate referrals, work with satisfied customers to get warm introductions into new accounts.
Relationship management and retention
Build multi-threaded relationships with champions, economic buyers, and executive sponsors across each account.
Own all commercial touchpoints: business reviews, renewal conversations, and expansion discussions.
Proactively manage churn risk; run recovery plans with CS when needed.
Advocate for customer needs internally and deliver structured product feedback to Product and CS.
Pipeline and quota management
Own a defined ARR expansion quota and maintain a QoQ growth plan for your book.
Build and manage an active pipeline of upsells, cross-sells, new department adds, and new use cases.
Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles across HR, Legal, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Operations.
Track and report on ARR, NRR, expansion revenue, usage depth, and health scores.
Market and product intelligence
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs to inform your account strategy and internal conversations.
Gather and share structured product feedback from your accounts with Product and CS teams to help shape the roadmap.
What we are looking for
4–6 years as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager in a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record in expansion and upsell quotas.
Strong commercial acumen, you can build a business case, run a strategic account plan, and manage a pipeline independently.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting within existing accounts. Not a passive renewal role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, you can adapt for a CEO, an engineer, or an IT Head
Hands-on with AI tools for research, writing, and productivity. You use AI to work smarter every day, not just when it’s convenient.
High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, bias for action in a fast-moving environment.
AI-First Account Management
Use AI daily to research accounts, funding rounds, org changes, and competitive moves so every conversation is informed.
Apply AI to map buying centres and org structures, prioritise outreach, and personalise QBRs and follow-ups at scale.
Analyse usage data with AI to surface expansion signals and flag churn risk before it becomes a problem.
Stay current on AI tools for sales and AM; bring new ideas to the team regularly.
