About Visual Foundry

Visual Foundry is a creative advertising company building advertising and visual experiences for modern brands.

We work across AI-powered advertising, cinematic commercials, product films, CGI, social creatives and creative production. We also provide advertising and media-buying services for brands looking to turn creative into measurable growth.

We are a growing company with an international focus, including businesses and clients in Australia and other global markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to take ownership of our sales process from qualified lead to closed deal.

This is a sales-first role, not a traditional telecalling position.

You will speak directly with founders, business owners, marketing teams and decision-makers, understand what they need, identify the right Visual Foundry solution, handle objections, negotiate, follow up and close.

A large part of the role will involve inbound leads generated through our advertising, so speed, communication, qualification and consistent follow-up are critical.

You will also be expected to reactivate suitable older leads and build opportunities from existing prospects.

What You'll Do

Respond quickly to new inbound leads and initiate professional calls.
Understand the prospect's business, requirements, budget, timeline and decision-making process.
Qualify leads based on genuine buying intent.
Conduct discovery calls and sales conversations with Indian and international prospects.
Communicate confidently with founders, business owners and marketing decision-makers.
Recommend the right Visual Foundry service based on the client's needs.
Present proposals and communicate commercial terms clearly.
Handle questions, objections and pricing conversations professionally.
Negotiate and move qualified prospects toward a decision.
Own the sales process from first conversation through closing and payment coordination.
Maintain timely and structured follow-ups so qualified opportunities do not go cold.
Re-engage relevant older and previously unconverted leads.
Keep lead information, follow-ups and pipeline status accurately updated.
Work closely with the founder and creative team when a prospect requires deeper creative or strategic discussion.
Track your pipeline, conversations, meetings, proposals and conversions against targets.

What You'll Be Selling

Visual Foundry operates across two core service areas:

Creative Production
AI-powered advertising films, cinematic commercials, product films, CGI, social creatives and other visual advertising assets.

Advertising & Media Buying
Campaign management and advertising services, including Meta advertising, for businesses looking to acquire customers and grow.

You don't need to be a creative professional, but you must be willing to understand what we sell well enough to communicate its value to prospects.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of relevant sales or business development experience.
Strong spoken and written English. Excellent spoken English is essential.
Confident communication skills, especially on calls and meetings.
Strong listening and questioning ability.
Ability to understand a prospect's actual need rather than simply pitch a service.
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Excellent follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
Comfortable speaking with founders, business owners and senior decision-makers.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales conversations simultaneously.
Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets or sales-tracking tools.
Target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for moving opportunities forward.
Willingness to learn the advertising, creative and AI-production space.
