Full job description

MANDATORY - ONLY CANDIDATES WITH E-COMMERCE D2C EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED. PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations
Coordinating with Shiprocket to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfilment
Taking lead for reducing RTO, cancellation, NDR for the company basis targets provided on a monthly basis.
Reporting weekly metrics to showcase improvements and actions taken for the same.
Full lead to clear orders within SLA and leading order verification and customer support for the brand.
Overseeing and optimizing the company's presence on direct seller platforms such as Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, Tira Beauty and all other platforms.
Managing product listings, pricing, and promotions
Creating deals and coupons for boosting sales on platforms.
Full lead on coordinating with graphics team for creation of suitable marketing collateral.
Maintaining physical inventory count of stock-inbounds outbounds via warehouse team
Lead on GST compliance by maintaining requisite paperwork as required by CA.
Ensuring compliance with platform policies and requirements
Developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize sales and profitability
Undertaking calling activities to interact with repeat customers and converting abandoned check outs.
Achieving targets for converting repeat and abandoned check outs via customer support team.
Achieving targets for converting customers via WhatsApp queries
Developing and executing all voucher code promotions via all channels – website, ecommerce, whatsapp and offline related activities.
Monitoring competitor pricing and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
Creating and managing special offers, bundles, and promotions
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
Negotiating and managing agreements and terms with key partners
Collaborating with the sales team to expand key account business
Managing and forecasting inventory requirements to meet customer demand
Optimizing stock levels to minimize excess or obsolete inventory
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock
Staying informed about marketplace policies and ensuring compliance in all operations
Addressing any compliance issues promptly to maintain a positive marketplace reputation
Uploading reviews on website to ensure appropriate customer feedback on all products.
Answering client correspondences through email, social media, and by phone.
Relaying extensive product information to customers.
Closing sales for the company.
Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases and billings.
Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
Ownership and resolution of all escalated customer issues.
Managing orders and ensuring their prompt delivery.
Conducting basic analysis on excel for return, cancellation, feedback etc
Conducting surveys for new product development
Connecting with customers and barter influencers for reviews and video testimonials
Liasing with Shiprocket for necessary refunds for NDR and deliveries not made successfully
Conducting other operational tasks for influencer and review related activities such as voucher codes creation
Executing operational activities related to influencer affiliate programs
Responsible for operations and supporting team for smooth execution of offline events
Kiosks in malls – training on site sales personnel on customer queries effectively.
Managing and optimizing product listings and inventory on all Quick commerce platforms
Key charge for stock management and raising purchase orders for finished goods and packaging based on days of inventory
Leading operations for all new alliances, partnerships, online ecommerce and offline activations
Liasing with CA and leading all payments, expenses and reconciliation issues.
Taking lead for general ops relating to office and admin facilities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
